Every Kid Fund Recipients
What is the Every Kid Fund?
The Every Kid Fund is an endowment fund managed and disbursed by the Deschutes Children’s Foundation. Twice a year, DCF reviews applications from a wide variety of nonprofits serving the youth of Central Oregon, awarding grants- especially to fund scholarships for meaningful after school activities otherwise out of reach for underserved students- from earned income. Through the Every Kid Find, DCF usually awards close to $45,000 to support local kids during a vulnerable time of their day.

In 2024 DCF Awarded $19,800 in Scholarship Funds
Congratulations to all of this quarter’s recipients! The awarded funds will provide scholarships to help remove the barrier of cost, allowing more local youth to participate in meaningful after-school experiences.
