Deschutes County Behavioral Health Therapist

Provides behavioral health screenings for children ages birth through 20. Parents of children 14 and older can schedule appointments with Deschutes County Behavioral Health. Teachers, School Based Health Center staff, and Deschutes County staff can also refer students for services.

Healthy Families of the High Desert

Formerly Ready*Set*Go

Healthy Families of the High Desert provides home visits to all newborns in Deschutes County. This program provides education and information on parenting, well-child growth, and development and community services.

Rising Stars Preschool

A parent-coop nonprofit preschool serving children ages 3-5. The children make new friends and learn many skills that encourage growth and development with the goal of preparing children to transition well from preschool to kindergarten.

Footprints Preschool/Early Childhood Special Education

Provides developmentally appropriate education programs for children with and without special needs who are 3-5 years old.

Saving Grace

Saving Grace provides comprehensive family violence and sexual assault services and promotes the value of living free from violence. They provide emergency shelter, transitional housing support groups, crisis counseling, therapeutic counseling, and education.

NeighborImpact Head Start

Dedicated to helping ensure that children ages 3-4 years old from low-income families are ready for school. Head Start builds success for children through child focused, family-centered services that enhance social competence, school readiness, and overall health and well-being.

La Pine School Based Health Center and School Based Therapist

WIC (Women, Infants and Children)

WIC is a free nutrition education program which provides supplemental food to promote good health for infants and children up to age 5 as well as pregnant, breastfeeding, and postpartum women.
